How to Manifest Money into Your Life

How would you feel if you had the amount of money you desired? In this post, you’ll find a few tips on how to manifest money into your life.

How would you feel if you could easily and consistently manifest money into your life?

Seriously. Imagine.

Close your eyes and take a minute to focus on how the experience would feel for your mind, body, and soul if you had the power to bring more money and abundance into your life.

Does it feel freeing? Do you feel safe? Peaceful? Powerful??

Whatever shows up for you, hold onto that feeling.

Because guess what? It’s yours for the creating!

You are powerful, and with the right steps, you can attract anything you want into your life.

This is what I’m going to teach you today in this article, so let’s get started!

What does it take to manifest money?

To see accelerated business results, you have to be in high-level money manifesting alignment.

How do you do that?

I like to use a scale created by Dr. David Hawkins called the Scale of Consciousness.

The bottom of the scale reads at 20, and the top at 1,000.

Each level of this scale is an emotion or vibration that a person is experiencing. I call each of these levels, energy setpoints.

The lowest possible energy setpoint is 20 (shame), and the highest is 1,000 (enlightenment).

Whatever emotion you’re experiencing will reflect in your life. In other words, if you’re feeling shame, your life will continue to stay at a low-level 20 energy setpoint.

It’s important to remember that whatever energy you put out into the world will always come back to you.

So if you feel like the world is against you, that will continue to be your reality.

If you want to manifest money into your life, the key is to raise your vibration on that scale.

How do you raise your vibration?

Here’s the thing: Life is always going to happen to you no matter if you’re at a 20, 100, 500, or 1,000 energy setpoint.

There’s no controlling that.

The only thing you can control is your response, and that’s the secret to raising your vibration!

No matter what life throws at you, trust that everything is happening in your favor and that you have the power in you to create miracles.

The Steps You Need to Take:

1. Get Crystal Clear on Your Desires

Don’t hold back on this one.

Identify what you truly desire. In this case, it’ll be how much money you want to manifest.

$100,000? $500,000? $1 million?

How much time do you want it to take?

A month? How about seven days?!

When you get crystal clear on what you want, you send that certainty out into the Universe. You also begin to realize that you deserve what you desire, which you do.

2. Open Your Chakras

When you align the chakras in your body, you align yourself with new desires and manifest Heaven on Earth.

The best way to do this is through yoga practice.

There’s a yoga pose for each chakra, or energy center, in your body. Each chakra is also tied to specific abilities that you have.

For example, the solar plexus chakra governs your ability to manifest money, so you’ll do yoga poses that focus on that chakra.

Some poses that improve the solar plexus chakra are:

  • Reverse Plank Pose
  • Boat Pose
  • Cat Pose
  • Camel Pose
  • Mountain Pose
  • Cobra Pose
  • Bow Pose
  • Warrior Pose

3. Believe it’s Already Yours

You’ve asked the Universe for your exact desire, and you’ve aligned your chakras.

Now it’s time to make sure the Universe understands you in its language.

That language is emotion (energy in motion).

Now that you know what you want, it’s time to visualize how you would feel if you had the amount of money you desire.

In this step, the most important thing is faith.

You have to believe that what you desire is already yours before it’s yours. That’s the key to manifestation.

Practice this every day two times a day for maximum results.

4. Listen to Your Intuition

Your intuition is guiding you to what you desire, so make sure you listen.

There’s no room for perfection here. You’ll find that listening to your intuition and taking action will lead you to your desires in a way you never expected.

It’s all about thriving in uncertainty.

The world works in mysterious ways that we sometimes don’t understand. But that’s where the magic happens!

Summary:

  1. Get crystal clear on how much money you want to manifest and when you want to receive it.
  2. Use yoga to open and align your chakras.
  3. Believe that you have the power to manifest money and that it’s already yours. Practice this every day.
  4. Listen to your intuition and let it guide you into faith-driven action.

Resistance Repellant

Want some Resistance Repellant? Here you go: Identify your “WHY.” For instance, as I did what I needed to do this past year to hit all my goals, the one “why” that really drove me was to move to San Diego. Moving to San Diego was the reason I created the specific business strategy I did, accompanied with specific life strategy. These strategies drove every single one of my choices and my decisions, and helped me be much more assertive in any given situation. If the behavior or choice didn’t align with my “why,” I knew what the answer was. And if it did…I knew what the answer was.

As we move towards November and into December, people often start to think about their goals.

What are you wanting for next year?

Who do you want to be?

What do you want to create?

And you know the statistics.  Most of those goals never get met.

Why is that?

I can tell you exactly why.  It’s because resistance, in whatever form it takes, gets in the way.

Resistance can be the “not good enough” talk, it can be the list of excuses (too tired, too busy, too skinny, too fat, too weird, too awesome…), it can be blame and finger pointing…there really are so many manifestations.

And whichever happens for you, it’s going to do everything it can to keep you back in old patterns habits so you never leave your comfort zone and move into the beautiful extraordinary life you know you deserve.

Pretty awful, huh?

Want some Resistance Repellant?

Here you go: Identify your “WHY.”

For instance, as I did what I needed to do this past year to hit all my goals, the one “why” that really drove me was to move to San Diego.

The difference between someone who has a goal in their mind and then never follows through with it and me–and ANYONE that is successful– is that I/we know exactly WHY that goal is important to me/us.  And we’ll do WHATEVER it takes, even getting comfortable with getting uncomfortable, to accomplish it.

So that begs the question…what is YOUR big why?

I’m eager to know.  Comment below with whatever comes to your mind first.  Then write it up in big letters on a poster board on your wall.  Let it lead the way.

Have a beautiful day and Namasté,

Unleash Your Creative Spirit

How many paintings have you started and not finished? How many online programs have you purchased and not listened to all the way? How many times have you said, “One day I’m going to write a book…” Why does this happen? As someone who suffered through this pattern and has come out the other side, I can tell you exactly why. It’s fear. So what to do about it?

The Creative Life.

It’s full of color.  Beautiful self-expression.  Ideas are birthed multiple times a day.  And they’re all so exciting!

And they all get seen to the end!

Right?

…Not so much, for most of us.

For most of us creative individuals, it’s the FOLLOW THROUGH that we are lacking.

How many paintings have you started and not finished?  How many online programs have you purchased and not listened to all the way?  How many times have you said, “One day I’m going to write a book…”

Why does this happen?

As someone who suffered through this pattern and has come out the other side, I can tell you exactly why.

It’s fear.

The painting is NEVER done.  If I finish the online program, that means I will have to–GASP!–start implementing!  The timing is never right to sit down and work on the book…there is a lack of inspiration in the moment.

Mark Twain was once asked if he had to wait for inspiration to come before writing. “Yes, I do,” he replied, “but inspiration always comes at 9am sharp, every weekday!”

The thing is, whether you’re a creative, or in corporate, or in athletics, or academics, you cannot escape human nature.

And humans thrive on routine and consistency.

It’s through establishing a consistent practice for yourself–a breath practice, a journalling practice, a yoga practice, a physical exercise practice…etc–that you do every day, that you will begin to develop the SKILL of follow through.  It takes PRACTICE to move through fear, as opposed to letting it stop you and continue to hold you back from finishing that which you start.

It will not just arrive magically on its own.

You need to COMMIT to your practice.

And when you decide that you love yourself more than the excuses that you are buying into that are holding you back from showing up for a regular practice, you will begin to see the most extraordinary results.

THAT I can promise!

Just put one foot in front of the other…one day at a time.

The Day I Fell on my Face

Imagine what life could look like if every morning you made a choice so big you could fall? If you got comfortable with getting uncomfortable? You would be able to hold more. That’s FREEDOM.

Since moving to San Diego, lots of new experiences are coming into my life.  New people, new places, new practices.

I went to a new studio last week to attend a class I’ve never been to before with a good friend of mine who swears by this one teacher in particular, Tabu.

It’s interesting how you get to a certain level, you feel comfortable, you feel on top of things, and you develop a level of consistency and confidence around your abilities…

…and then become humbled by crashing onto your face!

After a super intense opening sequence, we were instructed to move into Eka Pada Galavasana, or flying crow.  This is a pose I can normally reliably move into and hold…

…but not, apparently, after burning my muscles out first and becoming drenched in slippery sweat!

I slipped, and literally fell on my face, landing on my right cheekbone right below my eye.

I was shocked.

I had NEVER fallen like this before!

And it was so much less bad than I ever expected.  I was totally fine.

How many times do we not take the chance, or take the leap, or say yes to something, because we are afraid of falling?

But, really, what is the worst that could happen?  Falling is actually not as bad as we think.  In fact, I had a teacher back in Hong Kong who would have us fall intentionally just to GET OVER that fear and out of our own way so we could move on to bigger achievements and greater self-confidence.

Imagine what life could look and feel like if every morning, you took a leap, made a choice, or created a space so big you could fall?  If you got comfortable with getting uncomfortable?  Every single day?

You would be able to do more, expand more, and hold more.

That’s FREEDOM.

Give it a go.  Try it on.   Lay out a plan for a week.  Comment below with how YOU plan to take some big leaps every morning for this upcoming week.  Yes you might fall, and if you do, it probably won’t be as bad as you think.  But what if you don’t fall?  What if you fly?

Have a beautiful day and Namasté,
Julie

Manifest Heaven on Earth

One of the reasons why yoga, endurance sports, and dance (all things I love) are so powerful is because they each remind us of an inner power that exists within that we may not have realized we had.

Empowering yourself to make yourself feel better at any given time, the way yoga, sports, and dance can do, is life-changing, and I’m so blessed that I’ve had these tools in my pocket for a long time.

But what happens when life throws you a curve ball?

What happens when, despite all your preparation, all your inner work, and all of those tools, you still find yourself feeling down and stuck?  For example, we can meditate and practice and run all we want to help our light shine…but ultimately we are still in the world in relation to others, and not everyone who crosses your path will have done the work that you have.

OR you may find yourself at a point where it’s time to expand your comfort zone and the universe is bringing you the challenges that will grow you into that bigger, better person that you always set an intention to be.

OR maybe you really actually are just stuck!  You’ve imprisoned yourself, and you just don’t know how to get out.

I was having a conversation about this topic with my good friend Wendy Collier of Wendy Collier Worldwide, LLC and she reminded me of the movie, “What Dreams May Come.”

We spoke about the depiction of Heaven and Hell and what each of those respective experiences looked like– but most importantly, that they were of each person’s own making.  Heaven, and its inhabitants, looked the way Robin Williams expected it to look.  He was free and happy.  His wife, who was stuck in “Hell” ended up there by her own hands, and was stuck there by her own choosing.

(SPOILER ALERT!!)  …Until her husband came and got her out.

The reason this came up in conversation is because, as Wendy pointed out, we do not need a Robin Williams to swoop in and save us from our own imprisonment.  We can actually release ourselves.  We have the power to break out and create our own Heaven.

As Wendy said to me, we actually DO NOT have to live in that decrepit and depressing house that his wife lives in.  It might feel like we do…but we really don’t.  We can free ourselves from our entrapment, our imprisonment.  By making empowered choices, we can make those walls dissolve, and see the Heaven that actually exists all around us.

I know how it feels to be in a prison of my own making.  I was in it for a very long time, and without actually realizing it.   Just like Robin William’s wife, sometimes you can be trapped and not even know it!

When I go back into the dark place, which does happen occasionally (I am human, after all!) the difference is that now I know what Heaven feels like.  I have a point of contrast, and I can make the prison walls dissolve.

Big hint here: I’m not special.

You can do this, too!

Choice is a powerful thing, and you have it!  So let’s start here:  What experience would you CHOOSE to create?  Right now?  No limits!

How does that feel?  What does it look like?   Who is a part of this new world?  Who isn’t?

As Wendy said to me, “It actually all comes back to manifesting.”  What do YOU want to create?

I know some of you reading this might feel skeptical, or that you’re “too” stuck for your circumstances to change.

I want to reassure you right now that NOBODY is too stuck (or too anything) to swoop themselves up and out of whatever darkness they are experiencing.

SO…throwing it back to you.  Are you stuck in an area of your life?  Are you ready for it to change?  Comment below with your vision of how YOUR Heaven looks and feels.

What will YOU manifest?  🙂

Have a beautiful day and Namasté, Julie

“I workout a ton and eat right…Why am I not losing weight?”

As we discovered in my last post, “Create…by listening,” I found that I could manifest just as powerfully by resting as much as, if not more than, manifesting by doing.

I want to clarify this point based on some personal lessons I learned this week.

This question of when to rest and when to PUSH has been one that I’ve toiled with for a long time!  I think I finally have my answer…

I spoke with a woman yesterday who, despite all her best efforts at the gym and in her diet, is still not seeing the weight loss and health results she’s hoping for.  She’s beating herself up.

…Sort of like how I wasn’t seeing healing in my knee joint EVEN THOUGH I was resting, and getting so frustrated.

In both cases, the energetics did not line up with the intention.  In both cases, there was an energy of resentment, frustration, and depletion.  Self-doubt.  Self-loathing.

This woman was saying things to me like, “Sometimes it feels like I should just give up.  What’s the point.  I’ve always been this way.  I’ll never change.”

It was heartbreaking.

Just like how I learned I needed to be more loving towards my knee, and my body in general, this woman needed to send her body reinforcement and love!  Not self-deprecation and defeat.

I, for example, found that, yes, I needed to rest, but I ALSO needed to be foam rolling regularly, doing my PT exercises daily, and icing every day after my runs.  And since starting this practice, for the first time in decades, not only is my knee happier and healthier than ever, but I’m also getting coached to run the longest distances I’ve ever done at a pace that is beyond my scope of comprehension.  I’ve cultivated the love and belief in myself that health is possible, AND followed it up with healthy, CONSISTENT actions.

Since the above woman’s block was not consistency or diet or exercise programming, it came down to energetics and self-love practices.  The stress and anxiety from self-loathing has built up so much that the stress hormones in her body that are meant to protect her were working overdrive, and the fat was just not burning away.  Reduce the stress, amp up the love, and the results will appear.

Before I had coaching, I was out of shape and in pain.  I, like the woman I just mentioned, was completely defeated and frustrated.

And yet, I’m now living proof that with a combination of good coaching, a loving inner belief system, and consistent practice in training, PT, and joint care, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, and I feel completely amazing.

What would this feel like for you?  Take a deep breath in, and imagine your body in a pool of healing water, a loving energy of God lapping up against your skin and washing away any negative self-talk or energetic toxins.

How does that feel?

Let me know how this post helped you; what are you going to start implementing in your day to embrace more consistency, self-love, and positive choices!

Much love and Namasté!

Create…by listening

It’s like it was happening in slow motion.  I picked my foot up.  I put it back down.  And there was just enough weight and torque and angling that the kneecap popped out…and then it popped back in.

This represents the 20th (ish?) time I’ve sublexed my knee.

And it happened last Friday.

I was teaching Hip Hop Prana™, one of the popular song+choreography combos was starting (Talk that Talk by Rihanna feat. Jay Z), and not even ten seconds into leading the class, my right knee sublexed and I nearly fell down.

The knee popped back into place, and I very carefully and gently kept teaching class.  Earlier that day, I attended a vinyasa flow yoga class; the day before I taught Hip Hop Prana™ and subsequently ran 4.5 miles.  The day before I worked out twice as well.

I think my body was trying to tell me something…

…and I finally was ready to listen.

A large component of my coaching and teachings are physical; we create our reality by intentionally moving energy through our body so that we can manifest with our minds.

I create custom yoga sequences for my clients (and myself) that specifically target their energy centers that are not in alignment, in order to realign them daily.  And once you start to see the possibility and the benefits of this practice, it’s actually kind of addicting!  Movement and practicing were making great things happen for me, so I was enjoying doing as much as I could every day.

After hearing my laments in my social media, my friend and colleague Dr. Tera Maxwell generously offered to do an energy healing on me.

And it was during this healing I heard the yin to the yang.  All of this creating and making and manifesting–and I had been forgetting to listen!

My body had been trying to tell me that it needs some gentleness.  Some rest.  And some nourishing.  I always considered myself pretty fantastic at the whole “self-love” thing…but I had unwittingly been resentful towards my body because of my recurring knee problem and its effects.

Tera helped remind me that it’s also important to listen.

So I spent the entirety of this morning LISTENING.  I laid in savasana with my crystals and soft music, just breathing, and hearing what my body had to say.  The biggest message that came up was gratitude.  A sigh of relief.  “Finally…,” it said.

And then I went on to have SUCH a wonderful day.  Some of the best client calls I’ve ever lead, some of the best chakra readings I’ve given, and the most wonderful afternoon, outside in the breeze and the sun writing this blog.

My knee feels great.

This kind of bliss is available for you, too.  This is your reminder to listen.  To take time to be quiet.

You might say, “I don’t have time to listen.  Or be quiet.”

And I say, “Do you have time to get injured? (or sick? or slowed down in some other unexpected capacity?)”

I am so incredibly grateful that I received this important reminder to slow down and tune in.  And offer the message to you.

Now it’s YOUR TURN!

What do you plan on doing in order to slow down and create health, abundance, and bliss?  Comment below with your intention!

Much love and Namasté!
